Chardonnay Seated Wine Tasting

Wednesday, July 10: 6:30-8:30

Join us for a Bosu's Signature Event!

Few grape varieties elicit a knee-jerk reaction quite like Chardonnay.

It’s the wine people seem to love to hate, and yet, Chardonnay is still

the most popular grape variety in the United States,

and the most widely planted white wine grape around the world.

For as much as Chardonnay may have it’s haters, there are just as many people

who absolutely love this white wine.

Many in the wine making industry cite Chard as the least understood grape. By tasting seven outstanding wines, we'll explore how Chardonnay easily translates the terroir of the region in which it is produced. Because it is both neutral and adaptable to many environments, Chardonnay becomes a blank canvas for winemakers to paint in any style they choose!

The tasting lineup includes:

  1. Vina Los Vascos, Valle del Colchagua Chardonnay - Central Valley, Chile
  2. Domaine Dupeuble Beaujolais Blanc - Burgundy, France
  3. Castel del Monte Chardonnay Preludio - Puglia, Italy
  4. Shooting Star Chardonnay - Mendocino, California
  5. Nekeas Chardonnay - Navarra, Spain
  6. Peirano Estate Chardonnay - Lodi, California
  7. Shelton Vineyards Chardonnay - Dobson, NC

You're sure to find your new favorite!

Chef Bryan's signature tasting menu will be served.

This is a ticketed event, registration required.

*Your tasting experience will include seven outstanding Chardonnays,

a serving of Chef Bryan's signature tasting menu and some discussion about each wine.
