You have to be careful what you say around Tony Gaddis. If you mention that you have a deep desire to connect community members around a common table to share wine, beer, life, and conversation, he might just agree with you. If he agrees with you, you might just find yourself spending the next years of your life in rigorous preparation for one of the most rewarding dreams come true in a lifetime.

You have to be careful what you say around Maleah Pusz. If you mention that you have a love of wine and how deeply integrated it is with lives of real people, real farmland, real artistry, she might just agree with you. If she agrees with you, you might just find yourself spending the  next years of your life researching grapevines and business licenses in the pursuit of sharing something wonderful.

You have to be careful what you say around Bob Dune. If you mention that you would love to learn the craft of the wine trade from someone who has built such a friendly, lovely community pillar such as Bosu’s Wine Shop, he might just offer to pass the place on to you. If he does, you’d have to be some kind of fool not to see what a perfectly timed opportunity awaits.

Since 1993, Bosu’s has been and remains a place for advice, tastings, education and friendship that revolves around the wine for the evening meal. The sanctity of the table, and the enjoyment of time spent there with friends old and new–drives every purchase of wine, beer, or gourmet item. Come by the shop, call us up, or write to us — we’d be happy to help with whatever the challenge.

    1. Hi Mac!

Glad you did — it’s unoaked organic chardonnay, but I really loved that the heavier body and earthiness taste more like a lightly-oaked version. Unoaked could mean that they use neutral oak barriques (large oak tanks that have been used so much that they don’t actually impart oak flavor anymore), stainless, or concrete! I’ll check to see if I can pinpoint it more precisely and get back to you.

  1. Greetings, Maleah:

Although it says it is a dry red wine, we liked the laMAIALINA gertrude with grilled red meat and by itself.

    Mac
